You can list Properties to Rent and Buy also Business Sales/Rentals and Finacing/LoanRequests.
Its easy to change the script photos and template colors for your look.

Minimum Requirement for a listing to show up in results is
1. select the Purpose Sale or Lease
2. The Type of Listsing
3. Zip Code
e.g. For a demo Property listing to show in search: For Sale, Senior Housing, 4870 or click here
or for a business listing to show in search: Construction, 2224 or click here

To login as a user click here
username: test
password: 121212
Then Click My Account (top right)

Then logout to login as admin
Login as Admin click here
login as Admin Then click Admin Panel top right
username: adrian
password:adrian

For listings to show you need to Confirm for Display from admin, to do this you login as admin click real estate then for the listing you want to allow to be listed click update, at the bottom of the page it has a tick box next to the words (Confirm for display)

Also make sure Status is Active.

2nd. Be sure the owner is correct at the top of the page.
